Hello,

Base time interval is something that you should set at database creation time and
leave untouched. It is a "base" of all other timeframes you may need
to use, therefore we strongly recommend to use base time interval of 1-minute
as it allows then to view/analyse ANY X-minute interval or X-hour interval
(where X is user definable).
