[amibroker] Get All American Stocks and Industries

Hi All,
   Thanks to the gr8 posts and feedback this group has been providing.
My question is related to teh GetAllAmericanStockandInd.ZIP file
posted on the server. Has anyone used it successfully? If so any help
is appreciated as this file had stocks from most exchanges (around
19000 stocks). I did not find a ticker file for OTC/TSE for amibroker
like one found for NYSE and nasdaq. My current list has approx 8000
stocks. 

  I downloaded the Zip file from the server. I changed the paths as
said, UrlGet is able to download the page from reuters but cleanup.vbs
is not generating any output. the output is blank . Hence when I run
the"TickerANdIndustry.js" script blank database is created. 

ANy help appreciated. IS it possible for someone to post a blank
database with ALL american stocks.. that wud be awesome.
