[amibroker] how to un-install AB on vista

I have a problem with AB on vista and TC2007 data. It shows erroneous
price/volume for all ticker on a specific date.

I have tried to uninstall and install and so forth. But, I discovered
that the uninstall did not go through completely. Some how, it gets
some setup information from prior installations. I deleted the AB
folder and emptied teh recycle folder. I have passed through all this
iteration multiple times. Still, AB find some setup data from prio
installation some how. I used both the windows uninstall and 
unins000.exe from AB folder.

How can I install AB completely?

Has any one observed the problem I mentioned above(i.e., garbage
price/volume data on a particular date for all tickers)?
