[amibroker] Google web accelerator case - don't install "accelerators".

Hello,

We have just received an e-mail from one of our customers who had problems with IQFeed backfill.
As it turned out, the reason for problems was Google web accelerator installed on this machine.
Once he uninstalled Google Web accelerator backfills started to work fine again.

This is yet another example of general rule that you should apply to your computer setup:

Do NOT install ANY "memory booster" , "performance enhancer", "turbo", "accelerator" softwares from ANY vendor. 
I can not stress it more. 
They do not accelerate anything. They just consume CPU cycles and memory and (what is the worst)
can seriously interfere with proper operation of Windows.
