[amibroker] UKB: RSS subscription

In the User's Knowledge Base, there are instructions on how to 
subscribe to the RSS feed:

"Open the Entries RSS link in the Users? Knowledge Base (UKB) Side 
Bar at the right of the Homepage.

Click on the Subscribe to this feed link in the Information Pane at 
the top of the page."

I assume this link is under the "Meta" heading, but all I get if I 
open the link is this:

What am I doing wrong/how can I subscribe?
