1. It comes along with AmiBroker. No extra Charge.

 

2. As of now a lot of rules can be automatically defined using the pre-sets. Since this is a Ongoing project, I believe it will get enhanced in future.

 

3. Defnitely, since it teaches the way to write simple AFL's.
