Hello,
Note that price has NOT been increased for Professional Edition.
It is increased for Standard Edition only as it was way to cheap. It is still the cheapest at $169.
Consider for example Metastock: for END-OF-DAY version you need to pay $499 - that's 3 times more!
And you don't get ANY free upgrades with MS.
Also you need to note that MS EOD is nowhere near AB Standard as AB standard works in real-time
with 1-minute intervals and up. I don't even mention other features.
If you want 1-minute charts with MS you need to buy their Pro version that costs $1695 for owned license.
That's TEN times more than AmiBroker which is superior to MS in every aspect.
