It was withdrawn because there's better info out there now and it wasn't
up-to-date.

Look for AmiBroker Custom Backtester Interface.pdf  at
http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/amibroker/files/

It's a better resource as it guides you thru the CBI - mine was just a
collection of everyting that had been published.
