How can I filter only today rising MA, Just start to rise. Mean the day
before are down MA and today Up MA.

I use:

COND = MA(c,15) > ref(MA(c,15),-1);

But this filter all the days that the MA are rising in it.

I need Only today Rising.

Any one can help Please
