[amibroker] intraday bar timestamps are wrong

I have two intraday databases (IB & Esignal), both setup up to display
regular trading hours which I entered as 6:30-1:00.  Both databases
show the first 5-minute bar of each day having the timestamp 6:34. 
The second to last bar of the day has the time 12:59; and the last bar
shows 1:00.  

What am I doing wrong to have the bars shifted off like this?
