[amibroker] Getting first bar (5 min) everyday

Hello,

Is there any way to get the first bar (5 min timeframe) everyday
without looping from last bar using Barcount - 1 and checking the
date? As the bar increases, the loop also increases. 
What is the merit of running an AFL once and getting the fist bar in
terms of barindex and putting it in "hold"?
