Howard, I really appreciate the paper version as long as the afl is
available in file format as you currently provide.   I guess I'm just
old fashioned (or maybe just old ;-) I really like what you are
proposing for the rest of your trilogy.   I think you should make the
third volume "Advanced Amibroker"   Best wishes,  Ken
