[amibroker] Exporting Data to Metastock

Hi all,

Is there any way by which we can export AB database into metastock 
format.While AB is so user freindly and its easy and fast to update the 
database from CSV files,metastock takes ages and so i do not update MS 
regularly. 
Hwever i wud request if anybody has any worked out means to export data 
from AB to metastock.
