[amibroker] Populate Database

Can anyone help with populating the database for IQFEED with 
AMIBROKER?  I would like to get the current stocks, amex,Nasdaq and 
NYSE tickers imported with the right format. They offer no help and do 
not offer anything but typing in each symbol individually.
