Selected bar is only for CHARTS.

And each chart has SEPARATE "selected bar".

 

AA has no concept of "selected bar" because there can be MANY chart windows open simultanously AND
each having different selected bar.

 

The only "global" selection that is available on charts AND in AA is RANGE SELECTION.

Yes, I did. I tried the selectedvalue() function but that only works for interpreation window and not backtesting in AA. In AA it always gives the last bar instead of the current one it is testing at.

 

Any other ideas?
