[amibroker] Tutorial is a must read

OK, here is the situation: Marcin is on vacation now and I am doing everything
including support. And I am answering all the time the same basic questions
that are answered in the User's Guide Tutorial.

So for all newbies, here is something for you - PLEASE READ THE TUTORIAL.
It contains answers for 95% of questions you are asking via support channel.
You will save yourself time and save my time too that can be used much better
than answering the same basic questions all the time.
