I thought I would
share this for those interested in automatic addition of text to the formula
editor.
True, pressing
Ctrl-Space has long pulled up keywords in the Amibroker formula
window.
However, I just
discovered that my PhraseExpress types in the formula window. You might
have a long line construction (or multiple lines) which you use regularly. You
can define a hotphrase and when you type it followed by a space or enter, the
entire phrase is entered into the formula window.
This is freeware for
noncommercial use, and while I have been using it for months on other things (it
is great for boiler plate responses as I am moderator of another yahoo group), I
had not tried it within the Formula Window of AB. It seems to work
flawlessly and might be a time saver for some of you.
