[amibroker] Global layouts == logging on as a different windows user

Are layouts truly "global" i.e. they don't change even if you log on 
as a different user? I have to log onto my laptop as different user 
and the global settings always change. Is there a way around this 
either in windows (like a shared directory) or AB?
