What could cause AB not to think QT is running? QT is running and when

updating. But AB cannot attach to it for some reason or another.

I went through the setup instructions again and checked the settings on
QT again and they are identical. I tried to find setup problems on the
forum and it seems to be set up correctly. As far as I can tell it and
QT are set up the same. Any ideas?
