[amibroker] Using the 3rd party set-up for ASX GICS

Hi,

I've used the ASX.csv file downloaded from the ASX website, created a 
ASX.tls file with all the ***.AX and used AmiQuote from the source 
Yahoo Historical to obtain all the *.aqh files for use with Amibroker.

Upon doing so, I've already prepared the ASX scripts from Michael.S.G 
aka OzFalconAB <at> BDen.org

However, I can't get certain symbols to open up.  These are mainly 
the foreign exchange symbols and the international indices. e.g. 
EURCHF, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURUSD ~CAC40, ~DAX, ~FTSE, ~HSEI, 
~XAO~INDEX, ~XEJ~INDEX and more.

Can these be downloaded from Yahoo for free using Amiquote?  I'm 
having difficulty also finding what these symbols correspond to in 
Yahoo as well.  E.g. What is EURGBP in Amibroker might be something 
else in Yahoo's database or ~XAO~INDEX

If get the right symbols for the indices and the forex currencies, 
will ASX setup help me sort this data in Amibroker's database?
