Yes, thank you, that is my problem -- "Amiquote.Document" not 
"Quote.Document".

Does my documentation need updating?  How can I download the most recent 
User's Guide?

AmiQuote's OLE Automation Object Model

AmiQuote is SDI (single document) application therefore there is only one 
class - Document - creatable using the following code:

JScript:

AB = new ActiveXObject("Quote.Document");

VB/VBScript:

AB = CreateObject("Quote.Document")

AFL:

AB = CreateObject("Quote.Document");
