[amibroker] Can anyone help with this AFL code?

I'm trying to do the following in AFL but am stuck. I will describe:

- I have 1 minute intraday data

- I would like to mark an array (timeflag) with a 1 every [interval] 
minutes. Interval is a variable in minutes.

- I would like the first bar to be marked at 12:00 each day, and then 
[intervals] after this

An example:

- Interval = 7 mins
- Therefore, timeflag array = 

12:00 = 1
12:01 = 0
12:02.....12:06 = 0
12:07 = 1
....
12:14 = 1
......
12:56 = 1
......
13.03 = 1     (this is 7 minutes after 12:56)

and so on...until the next day at 12:00, when the loop repeats
