didn't fix the problem.
 I've downloaded  telechartinst.exe, but don't know whether uninstalling  TC
first is necessary-which was your choice?

I had a problem with AB-to-TC data connection a couple of days ago.
Tried a number of things, with some help from Marcin in support.

What seemed to work for me was to reinstall TC using telechartinst.exe,
which was in my Telechart program directory.
