[amibroker] Help to automate update watchlist for asx50 , asx 200 , asx 300

Hi 

I have been doing it manually every month as follow.

1. Download the update cvs file from ( for asx50 ) 
http://www2.standardandpoors.com/portal/site/sp/en/au/page.topic/indic
es_asx50/2,3,2,8,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,0,0,0,0,0.html
2. edit in excel and save it as a text file 
3. import into amibroker as watchlist
4. i repeat the process for for asx200, asx300

Has anyone create a jscript for updating a watchlist for asx50 , 
asx200, asx300 from Standard & Poor's website.
