[amibroker] Foreign() Data alignment

For backtesting, I want to make sure that Foreign() data is alligned to a major index. I specify "!SPX" in AA settings for the selected stock to be aligned with.

 

Question:

For backtest purposes, when I call a Foreign() issue, does it become the selected stock and automatically gets aligned to "!SPX" or do I need to do something specific.

 

The help file indicates that Foreign() get aligned with currently selected symbol.
