[amibroker] Great data feed

Check out this site if you're looking for a great - and reliable - 
data feed, down to 1min timescales:

www.opentick.com

Realtime data isn't free, but they have a massive historical data 
download - and a plugin for Amibroker.

I have downloaded several years worth of 1min YM data - and the 
quality is excellent! YM data was free.

No Forex unfortunately.
