Given that this is a repetitive task it would probably be simplest to
do it in a script that controlls AB that had steps in it like
this ...
Open current data base
Load & Run an AFL to export the symbols and data into a file
Open the Month Back data base
Import data
IO does things like this to clone symbols for the client and server(s)
