You cannot direct the output of one formula to different panes/windows. However you can simply save your formula in an include file and call the same formula from each pane.
Enabling all plots with paramToggle()s you would then use a ParamToggle to turn on whichever plot you like to see in each pane.
To maintain a pane display order automatically would be difficult because the order of pane executions is unpredictable.
