I have live data of ticks that I use and whether I set it for 1, 5, 15 minutes the lines don't show at 171500.  In all cases they show at 170000.  I'll tell you if I figure it out.

You need to select the 1, 5 or 15 minute time frames for 171500 to
work (you must also have data of this resolution to match). The
indicator won't show on hourly or above - because there is no match
for 171500 on hourly bars or above.
