Buy is always true [positive] because it's HHV(C,90).

Not a good idea to require == for FP #s, so try
Buy = Hbar >= HHV(C,90) +.01;

Can anyone shed some light on why the "buy" below is not registering?

It trades whether true or not

BTW, the "sell" is  n number of days....

Buy =   Hbar = HHV(C,90);
Lbar = LLV(C,90);
Diff = Hbar - Lbar;
Todaysposition = ((C-Lbar)/Diff) * 100;

MA(Todaysposition,11)>55;

Sell = 0;
