Hi Bill - Could you please tell me how you embed your picture in the message itself rather than attach it as a seperate file? Thanks very much!

To get the date column just add addcolumn(datenum(), ... ) to your code (or first convert to any date format that you like).

As for only getting the last bar, I don't know what is going on because I get all bars just as you indicated that you want.  Must be something to do with your settings.

Here is a screen shot of what I get with datenum() included showing decreasing dates from 6/8/07:

Bill thanks again

What I am trying to do is create a HISTORICAL column of the price change/day  of a SINGLE stock.
e.g
  DATE             .........    Price change
 8    June 2007  .........    24p
 7    June 2007  .........    34p   etc.

Going back in history.

The code presently gives only the last bar's PriceChange.

Regards Ted

PS The "current symbol"  is selected on the AA since I want that stock analyzed.

If by tabulate you mean to list the change then the code does that.  If you mean a running total of the changes then use ---

filter = ...;
pricechange = ...;
totalpricechange = cum(pricechange);
addcolumn(pricechange, ...);
addcolumn(totalpricechange, ...);

Thank you Bill and Graham for your response.

Unfortunately the code you provided partly helps my task.

I need to tabulate (addcolumn) historical price change of a single stock using "Explore/Current Symbol within AA.
Charting of this information works great.

Thanks again for your help
Regards

Just explore over the bars/dates you want
PriceChange = C - O;
filter=1;
AddColumn(PriceChange, " Price Range ", 1, colorRed);
