Oh I figure out that "the first B after A" is  exrem(B,A).
 
Yeah, now it runs much much faster with the same results.  Thanks TJ for the tips

Cum(B) is the culprit. There are way better ways to find
"first occurrence", like this single-liner:

ExRem( B, 0 ); // returns 1 on FIRST occurrence of B.
