I figured it out:

 _N(Title = FullName() + " - " + StrFormat("{{INTERVAL}} {{DATE}} Open
%g, Hi %g, Lo %g, Close %g (%.1f%%) {{VALUES}}", O, H, L, C,
SelectedValue( ROC( C, 1 ) ) ));
