Yes,
I did this on my toolbar.
You need to look at the tutorial on custom UI. http://
www.amibroker.com/guide/h_customizeui.html
I also made an icon (just edit a copy of the circle 5 icon into a
circle 3).
I can't remember the exact steps I took right now, but it was not
hard once I got the hang of it.
I made a button that was set to the custom time setting that was set
to 3 minutes.
