1. Since "latest" does not mean anything, I have to ask this question again:
do you use latest IQFeed API (4.2.4.1) and plugin 1.8.1?

2. From command line do 
netstat -a -n

and send the results to support.

If IQFeed client did not open listening socket on port 5009 this could be the reason.
