There were three old gypsies came to our house door
They came brave and bawdy oh,
The one sang high, (Shorts signalled)
The other sang low (Longs signalled)
And the other sang a raggle taggle gypsy oh.
The idea behind this simple indicator is that Long entries can be
signalled by price (or a derivative of price) bouncing off its lows.
Short entries are signalled when price retreats from its highs.
To spare the uninterested I have included the formula, interpretation
and some other waffle in the attachment. I?ll plonk it in the files
section also.
I did attempt to give an outline of the approach in a previous post
which TJ pulled when he thought it may have been a nuiscance or
dangerous post. Good on him.
However, while I can be obtuse, I?m a scanner not a spammer.
Good trading to all
