[amibroker] cannot change all symbols data souce properly

Hello
I am tring to change my Use only Local database flag = NO
I have this script. it does not change all the symbols however. I am 
not sure why. 

AB = CreateObject("Broker.Application");
st = AB.Stocks(Name());
st.DataSource = 0;
Buy = 0;

The settings i used are All Symbols, Scan.

Can someone point why it does not do for all symbols.
