[amibroker] IQFeed RT and EOD through Amibroker

How well does IQFeed work through Amibroker?

I'm currently using Quotes Plus 3 for my EOD with Amibroker, but I
would really like to get a good RT feed through AB as well. If I drop
QP3 and use IQFeed for my RT feed, can I still acquire full EOD
historical data for all US stocks? Is IQFeed's 500 stock limit only
for the RT feed or does that apply to the EOD data as well? I have
searched through various forums but have not found anything conclusive.

What AB software/services combinations are others using?
