[amibroker] New ASX Setup release (Supports Yahoo & Standard ticker formats)

Version 20070501 of ASX Setup has been released.

AB ASX Setup now supports Yahoo and Standard ticker formats, So now you 
can use AmiQuote to easily populate your ASX database with Yahoo ASX data.
