[amibroker] Create midpoint from intraday data

Hi - I have intraday data on the GBP:USD which runs for 24 hours. 

I would like to create:

1. The midpoint (ie. H+L/2) for the previous day, running from 14:00 
yesterday to 13:59 today - and plot this on my chart daily

1. The midpoint (ie. H+L/2) for the previous day, running from 12:00 
yesterday to 11:59 today - and plot this on my chart daily

Could anyone help with the code - thanks :)
