 Briefly, use staticvarset() to define the value of "X"
in a pane which can then be called by another formula in any pane by
staticvarget().  See Help, AFL Library, and messages in this forum for
fuller description and examples.

Example -

1st pane:
x = 5 * 32;
staticvarset("x", x); //sets value of
x

2nd pane:
x = staticvarget("x"); //gets value of
x
plot(x, "x", ...

  Subject: RE: [amibroker] Call a plot to a
  new window

  Hi
  Bill...

  I
  already have an indicator for my trigger, as defined in my system
  code

  eg

  LongTrigger = condition1 + Condition2 etc.

  But
  how do I call the LongTrigger to a new plot with a new window?  It is
  possible?  At the moment my call to plot (ie Plot(LongTrigger, "Long
  Trigger".etc) comes up in the price window with all the other plots I
  have defined.

  Cheers, Dave

     Put trigger into staticvarset and then call it as
    an indicator.
