We do answer all e-mails very quickly.
Most probably you have setup a spam filter that filters out
responses from us.
Marcin even went an extra mile and resend response using
different e-mail address
with the note "Resending from another account now
- please double-check your spam filters. - reply to SUPPORT@xxxxxxxxxxxxx "
First make sure that your e-mail address works OK and does not
filter responses from us.
People often blame us, while they are filtering out our
responses using spam filters.
