Yes, I notice this very often (in price snap mode), and it is a minor
annoyance. I usually have to purposely move the cursor a bit off the
mark to get it to snap to the price I want. I think it has to do
with a slight offset between where the cursor is reported from the
drag operation versus the mouse up operation, or perhaps roundoff
error between the resolution of the chart vs the screen pixels. I
assumed it was a Windows thing, but only Tomasz would know for sure.
