Hello,
I want to modify my OHLC data in my AFL program to remove all the
overnight gaps --treating them like stock splits. This is so the
continuous indicator functions will not be disturbed by the step
functions. I am doing this just in a (selectable) day trading
simulation mode, so previous prices being inaccurate will not be a
factor. However, I still want to be able to plot bars and candles and
use other function which assume the data from these arrays. I do
not want to actually modify my database data, just the data that is
loaded into the AFL running program.
I am hoping someone can advise which way to proceed and what I have
to watch out for.
Thanks,
Dennis
