It is pretty simple. CategoryGetName will return empty string if you pass the last one:

WLs = "";

i = 0;
while( ( wlname = CategoryGetName( categoryWatchlist, i++ ) ) != "" )
{
if( InWatchList( i ) )
 {
 WLs = WLs + wlname + "\n";
 }
}
