Try a couple of things to diagnose the problem...

1. monitor the value LastValue(BarIndex()). This is the number of data bars 
you have.

2. Change the line below:
Case30basevalue= Ref (Foreign ("case30","close "), -BarCount);

to
BarsAgo = 270;
Case30basevalue= Ref (Foreign ("case30","close "), -BarsAgo);

Change value of BarsAgo as needed to find out where the problem starts

This may shed some more light on the matter.
