[amibroker] Logic Question

["mo_means_go" <mo_means_go@xxxxxxxxx>]

I have the following piece of logic in a Buy Statement:

..... BarsSince(( C >  Ref ( HHV ( H, 251 ), -1 ) < 20)) .....

I'm not getting any hits on a scan.  Is this logic incorrect?  Thanks
for any insight.
