you cannot read fill prices from the IBc (yet) however you can read the TWS auto-exported execution file and take the prices from there.
Everything is possible, especially if you trades don't go out to fast, when you trade every minute or so you may run in some problems, like the TWS export file not being updated, position changes not reported in time, etc.
