[amibroker] How to use function?

Hi I have received some Amibroker code but I cant get it to work, 
could someone advice me how to do this?

It is made up of a function, and it works as a smooth moving average.
It returns an array, and I suppose I want to plot this array?

resultArray = Cum(0);

if (loopParam < 30)
SmoothValue = Null;
