[amibroker] Questions from a new amibroker user

Hello I'm new to stock trading and amibroker and I have a few
questions, thanks in advance to any help.

1) how good is yahoo's EOD data? Is there another reliable source
(free or inexpensive) that is better?

2) Where i can et a list of stock etfs? I found this one
http://www.masterdata.com/HelpFiles/ETF_List.htm but I'm loing for one
without the Money market funds or MUNI's etc.

3) I'm having a hard time implementing this stop loss on the
backtester, I'm trying to have the stop loss every day be the lowest
low of the last x bars.
stop = llv(l,3) like that but the apply stop line isn't working for me.
